PRODUCT WARRANTY

Effective date: August 20, 2026

1. Warranty Overview

Greystone Tool Company, LLC, doing business as Greystone Tool Company (“Greystone”), warrants that eligible Greystone products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 90 days from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser for products purchased from direct and e-commerce marketplaces in the United States of America. Product-specific warranty materials may provide different coverage which will take precedence.

2. What Is Covered

Subject to the confirmed terms above, coverage is intended for defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use. If a valid claim is approved, Greystone will, at its option and subject to applicable law, replace the defective product or part.

Replacement products or parts may be new or functionally equivalent, and will be covered under the remaining warranty period.

3. What Is Not Covered

Unless prohibited by law or stated differently in product-specific materials, the warranty is not intended to cover:

  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or use outside product instructions or ratings
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or use with incompatible parts or accessories
  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, transportation, environmental conditions, or external events
  • Products with removed or altered identifying marks, or counterfeit products; or
  • Incidental expenses, lost time, loss of use, or damage to other property

4. How to Request Warranty Service

Complete the warranty request form below. To help us evaluate your request, be prepared to provide:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The product name and model or item number
  • Purchase date, place of purchase, and proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue and how it occurred; and
  • Clear photographs or video of the item

Please do not ship or dispose of a product unless Greystone provides instructions. Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage. We may request additional information or inspection before making a decision.

5. Claim Review and Fulfillment

Greystone will review the information submitted and contact you using the details you provide. If a return is needed, follow the issued instructions and include any required authorization number. For some approved claims, Greystone may ask you to provide proof that the covered product has been permanently removed from service instead of returning it. Never puncture, crush, cut, open, or otherwise damage a battery, pressurized component, powered product, or other potentially hazardous item. You may be required to submit photographs showing the product, its identifying label, the reported defect, and the completed decommissioning step. A replacement or other remedy will not be issued until the submitted information has been reviewed and approved. Products containing batteries, electronics, hazardous materials, or other regulated components must be handled through an appropriate return or recycling process.

6. Legal Rights and Limitations

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.

Except for warranties of title and the express limited warranties stated above, Greystone makes no other express warranties concerning its products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable express Limited Warranty stated above. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greystone will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to a product, its design, its use, or the inability to use it. Subject to applicable law, Greystone's obligations and the purchaser's remedies under this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy expressly provided above.

These limitations do not apply where an exclusive or limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, or to any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or special damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
